Yes — all sample sale appointments are by appointment only to ensure an exclusive, focused experience.

Each appointment is 30 minutes. This allows time for you to explore the selection and find your gown in a more streamlined format than our standard appointments. We can typically get through 1-3 dresses in this time.

Our sample sale is perfect for brides who have explored our collection online and feel confident in their style preferences — and who are ready to find their gown on the day.

Most of our sample gowns range between Australian sizes 10–14, with a select number of styles available in size 20. All gowns can typically be altered in by 2 sizes.

Sample sale gowns have been tried on in-store. Light signs of wear — such as minor marks or imperfections — may be present and can generally be addressed with cleaning or alterations. All gowns are sold as is. We have a couple of brand new gowns which have never been worn.

All sample sale purchases are final. No exchanges, refunds, or transfers can be offered.

Alterations and cleaning are not included in the sample sale pricing. Any adjustments or cleaning will be at your discretion and expense. We can happily recommend a trusted seamstress and dry cleaner for you to use.

Yes, absolutely! We recommend bringing one or two supportive guests to help you make your decision during this focused appointment.

We suggest previewing the collection online and above, arriving with a clear idea of the styles you love, and wearing nude underwear and minimal makeup to protect the gowns.

All sample sale gowns must be paid for in full on the day of purchase.
