APPOINTMENTS

  • Yes, appointments are essential to ensure you receive a personalised and uninterrupted experience with our expert stylists. Each bride is allocated 50 minutes to explore our curated collection in a calm and supportive environment. Appointments can be easily booked through our online booking system.

  • We recommend bringing along your most supportive and honest crew—but as we’re a boutique space, we kindly ask that you limit your group to 3–4 guests plus the bride.

  • Yes, we charge a $40 fee for first appointments which allows us to provide you with a dedicated 1:1 stylists and private boutique experience. All following appointments, including follow-ups, are complimentary.

  • We recommend beginning your search 9–12 months before your wedding date. This allows ample time for ordering, production, and alterations. The ideal time to place your order is 7–8 months prior to your big day, depending on the designer.

  • You may be in luck! Many of our designers offer rush options for an additional fee (which varies by brand). Get in touch with us via email and we’ll do our best to assist you.

  • Bring an open mind and your supportive guests. We recommend wearing nude undergarments and minimal makeup to keep our gowns pristine. Feel free to bring heels similar to what you plan to wear on your wedding day.


  • To place your order, we require a 50% deposit, and the balance is due before your gown has been shipped.

OUR COLLECTION

  • Our gowns range from $4,500 to $9,000. We offer a curated and exclusive selection to suit various styles and budgets.

  • Our sample gowns primarily range from sizes 10–12, with some styles available in sizes 6–20. While samples may not be a perfect fit, our stylists are skilled at pinning and adjusting gowns to help you envision the final look. If you have specific sizing concerns, please contact us before your appointment.

  • Yes, many of our designers offer customisation options to make your gown uniquely yours. Our stylists will guide you through available choices during your appointment.

  • Gowns are ordered to the closest standard size based on your measurements. Alterations are typically necessary to achieve the perfect fit. We have a number of trusted seamstresses to assist you with any alterations you might need. Please note that alterations are an additional cost.

TRUNK SHOWS

  • A Trunk Show is a special event where we showcase additional gowns from a designer's latest collection, often including styles not usually available in-store.

    These events typically run for one to two weeks and appointments fill up fast so book early. Keep an eye on our Instagram and events page for upcoming Trunk Show announcements.
