Pricing & Payment
• Gowns are 50–80% off original retail price, as marked.
• All sales are final — strictly no refunds or exchanges.
• Full payment is required at time of purchase.
• Cash and credit/debit cards accepted.
Condition
• All gowns are sold as is and may show minor imperfections.
• Customers are responsible for inspecting gowns prior to purchase.
• Staff will advise on garment condition to assist in your decision.
Appointments
• $20 appointment fee applies and is redeemable on purchase during your session.
• Each appointment runs for 30 mins and will be guided by a dedicated stylist to ensure a private and thoughtful experience. Each bride can try 3-4 pieces.
• Please arrive on time — late arrivals may have reduced fitting time.
• Appointments are limited to the booked guest and one accompanying person.
• Please avoid fake tan, heavy makeup, and perfumes to protect the gowns.
• No holds.
Alterations & Cleaning
• Alterations and dry cleaning are not included or facilitated by Alex Perry or Hope X Page. However, we are able to recommend a third party service to complete alterations and dry cleaning.
• We do not accept responsibility for damage caused by third-party services.
Collection
• All gowns must be taken home on the day of purchase.
• No storage or shipping is available post-sale.
• Customers are responsible for transport and care once the gown leaves the boutique.
Liability
• Hope X Page and Alex Perry are not liable for any loss or damage after purchase.
• Please keep personal belongings safe during your appointment.
