Accessories Refund & Exchange Policy

  • Earrings: Earrings are nonrefundable due to hygiene reasons. This means that these items cannot be returned/refunded.

  • Veils: Veils are made to order – therefore cannot be returned/refunded.

  • Shoes and Necklaces: Customers can request a refund or exchange for shoes or necklaces within 14 days of delivery. However, specific conditions apply:

    • The items must be in their original condition/with their original packaging and must not have been worn.

    • The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

    • It is recommended to use a trackable service for returns, as Hope x Page is not liable for items that go missing in transit.

    • The refund will only cover the purchase price of the item; original postage costs will not be refunded.

  • Sample Sale Purchases: Purchases made during a sample sale are nonrefundable. Customers are encouraged to contact the us before making a purchase if they wish to come in and try on sample sale items.

  • Accessories Appointment: To accommodate customers concerned about ordering items they can't return; we suggest booking an accessories appointment to physically see and try on accessories (excluding earrings).
